Business was going from strength to strength for our client, a big data and analytics SaaS platform, but they needed critical leadership hires to support their growth. Without an onsite HR or recruitment team, they did not have the time or market expertise to efficiently and effectively target, network with, and engage senior hires to attract to their business.
The CTO was keen to work with us to quickly achieve the engagement of a VP of Engineering and a Head of Data Engineering, with a view to assisting them with significant expansion plans for the coming year as the platform set to scale.
As a start-up, they were price sensitive. Engaging external agencies on standard contingent models wasn’t going to work for them, plus the technical expertise required for these roles meant they needed an agency with specific recruitment skills, not applicants from job boards.
